Please join us at Munhall Borough’s Annual Community Day on Saturday September 17. 11am-7pm – rain or shine.
Kickoff the event with our annual Junior Olympics, sponsored by Lloyd Insurance Group.
Kids through age 12 can race through various obstacles and sports challenge to win medals in each division.
Registration on site at 10:30. Races start at 11am.
Noon will start the adult and family festivities with a special presentation to Project Lifesaver and comments from Mayor Bodnar.
Matt Tichon will get the tunes rolling at 1pm, leading up to Treasure (80’s hits band) from 330 to close.
Many booths will be offering Barbeque, Filipino cuisine, stuffed cabbage, haluski and pierogies, hamburgers, hotdogs, cotton candy and KONA ice for purchase. Finish it off with a drink or snacks from your local Scout’s booth, or a cold beer from the Music Hall’s volunteer bartenders.
There’ll be 2 bounce houses for the kids and amazing crafts by the Carnegie of Homestead’s well known STEM programming.
Try your luck at several games sponsored by the Borough Firefighters and Barrett Elementary, and a HOOP contest with Steel Valley’s Girls Basketball team!
We hope you will join us for a day of fun and friendship at Munhall’s Community Day!
